隱匿頂新混油 食藥署否認

食品藥物管理署10月29日就接獲屏東縣衛生局報告，頂新疑似向大統訂購原料油，但直到11月2日夜間食藥署才坦承此事；對於食藥署早知道卻遲遲未公布結果，食藥署北區管理中心主任馮潤蘭強調，所有事情都依照程序處理。

馮潤蘭表示，「我們已經用最大力氣、最快速度在處理。」她說，因為當時無法確認大統油是否為進口原料油，且業者拒不提供資料，29日當日就指示移送檢調，並未隱瞞。
