公車噴精狼獲緩刑　搭捷運又露鳥被訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】男子高晟祥去年8月搭公車利用乘客擁擠機會，以下體磨蹭1名女學生並噴精，被逮後以身為家中經濟支柱為由求情，獲輕判9月徒刑、緩刑4年，卻不知悔改，今年3月23日晚間搭北捷板南線再趁下班時車廂擁擠機會，緊貼一名女性並將褲子拉鍊打開公然露鳥。

不僅如此，高男還大膽地以下體觸碰該名女子左手磨蹭，女子原以為因擁擠碰到其他乘客手部，低頭一看，竟發現是高男的生殖器，嚇得花容失色，趕緊通知捷運站人員協助報警，將高男移送法辦。北檢今依妨害風化、性騷擾等罪再將高男起訴。
