退休書記官假冒律師接案　起訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】行政執行署台中分署前楊姓書記官(56歲，已退休)，明知自己沒有律師資格，去年4月仍與因案逃往越南的張姓通緝犯妻子，簽下委任契約書，代張撰寫刑事聲請暫緩執行狀、刑事聲請發還扣押物品狀。楊男與張妻約定報酬為價值上億遭扣押的沈香、奇楠、陶器、古玉、珠寶等物的10%。
 
台中地檢署收受訴狀後，察覺有異，分案偵辦。楊否認犯案，辯稱他是在1名黃姓律師事務所工作，協助黃處理業務。但黃姓律師表示楊只是掛名法務助理，沒有固定薪水，並否認簽下張的委任書，稱僅幫忙楊潤飾訴狀，楊自己去遞狀。台中地檢署偵結，依違反《律師法》將楊起訴。
