上市未許可藥品　嬌生22億美元和解

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】美國醫療保健公司嬌生(Johnson & Johnson)，因上市3款未經許可的藥品，4日確定將付出22億美元(約648億台幣)的和解費給美國政府和45個州政府，了結民事和刑事訴訟調查。
 
嬌生公司遭控訴將未經批准用途的藥品上市，包括精神科藥物「理思必妥」(Risperdal)、「思維佳」(Invega)和心臟病藥物「Natrecor) 」，嬌生還遭指控表示他們讓內科醫生以及療養院抽佣，以促銷自家藥品。
