【胡治言／綜合報導】彰化莊姓女子3年前不滿乾妹介入他人感情，竟找乾妹的情敵和江偉銘、張雅禎等友人，集體霸凌乾妹，逼她用酒瓶自慰，還當街大喊「我是破麻，是賤女人」，莊姓乾姊日前已被判刑7年2月定讞，最高法院日前再判共犯江、張各7年1月定讞。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，鼓動這起集體性虐霸凌案的莊姓乾姊，事後賠償被害人30萬元獲原諒，並以到醫院當志工為藉口，企圖爭取輕判，但台中高分院認為，莊女等人手段殘忍，對被害人極盡羞辱折磨、嚴重踐踏被害人尊嚴，將她判刑7年2月，莊女放棄上訴，選擇坐牢，同夥江、張上訴後，仍被最高法院各判刑7年1月定讞。
