（中央社記者王淑芬高雄4日電）高雄市衛生局技正謝秀琪今天表示，防範夜市和攤販調 包用油，已稽查並在夜市採樣油品化驗，以確保食安。 黑心油問題不斷，不僅家庭主婦選購食用油感到茫然，小吃攤販也有苦難言，近來自助餐 店乾脆將品牌油桶置於攤架上，不過仍讓消費者難安，民眾擔心業者不甘買進問題食用油 平白吃虧，恐有調包黑心油的問題。 謝秀琪說，衛生局已接連數日抽驗小吃店和夜市攤販的用油並採樣化驗。 她說，衛生局也持續稽查賣場和超市架上販售的食用油品，累計到11月4日共稽查234家， 查核678個品項標示符合規定，另查獲2項油品未標示「調合油」，已要求業者重新標示補 正後再上架。 謝秀琪說，查獲不合格的2項產品「維力清香油」及「正義寶素齋」，因含有兩種以上成 分未標示「調合油」，已要求業者完成加貼「調合油」後再行販售，目前被查獲的11瓶都 已要求先下架。 高市府成立跨局處食品安全聯合稽查及取締小組，持續稽查食用油，以保障民眾食品消費 安全。 http://ppt.cc/5XFW -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.137.164
