雇用15歲女西施賣檳榔　老闆開張3天就遭逮

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市警局中山派出所所長巫奉豳，昨天深夜執行臨檢時，發現1家檳榔攤內2名西施年紀很輕，懷疑可能未滿16歲，立即上前盤查。

王姓西施面對警方詢問坦承僅15歲，但應徵時向老閭謊稱已滿16歲，每天下午3時至深夜11時工作。檳榔攤負責人49歲咼姓男子無奈的表示，根本不知道少女還未成年。檳榔攤1日才開始營業，不到3天就遭警查獲違規，怎會這麼倒楣！警方調查後依勞動基準法將咼男移請市政府裁處。
