福懋混油違法　檢擬提高罰鍰金懲戒

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】台中地檢署偵辦福懋油脂公司混油案，雖福懋油脂處長林立中坦承是他1人做決議，但上周五有證人供稱「是高層開會決議。」檢方不排除另有高層涉案，將深入追查。檢方並表示，若將來福懋獲緩起訴，也會提高緩起訴罰鍰金，供民眾求償之用。
 
台中市衛生局查辦福懋油案時，福懋多次不配合，即使檢察官到場瞭解，要求拿出純橄欖油商品配方時，林立中仍拿出1份上寫各項目均是「100%」配方紙張。檢察官問：「既然都100%，幹嘛要配方？這不是配方，拿出真的來。」被戳破後，林只好拿出混有廉價油品的配方單。
 
台中地檢署襄閱主任檢察官蔡宗熙表示，福懋公司涉嫌違反《食品衛生管理法》部分，因坦承犯案，未來緩起訴機率大，但如果給予緩起訴，也會提高罰鍰金，一方面讓業者警惕，另方面作為民眾賠償之用。
