諾基亞三星專利協議 延長5年

全球最大手機製造商─三星電子公司（Samsung Electronics Co.）將延長與諾基亞公司（Nokia Oyj）的專利授權協議5年。

根據諾基亞今天的聲明，三星同意從明年1月1日開始額外付款給諾基亞。諾基亞表示，預期將在2015年完成具約束力的仲裁來決定金額。之前的協議預定在2013年底到期。

諾基亞智權長梅林（Paul Melin）在聲明中表示：「延長時間和仲裁協議象徵專利授權糾紛的建設性解決方式，預期將為雙方省下大量的交易成本。」

三星去年取代諾基亞，不僅成為全球最大手機製造商，更是全球最大智慧型手機公司。智慧型手機為手機市場中最有賺頭和成長最快的領域。曾經是智慧型手機龍頭的諾基亞，上個月同意出售手機部門給微軟公司（Microsoft Corp.），但仍保有專利組合。

台北時間下午5時28分，諾基亞在赫爾辛基上漲0.09%，報5.73歐元。三星股價在首爾變動不大，收149.9萬韓元。
