黑心食品罰責 擬修至5000萬

衛生福利部上午召開部務會議，部長邱文達指示朝向重新修訂食品衛生管理法的最高罰責，從現行1500萬元提高至3000萬元，甚至5000萬元，且採一罪一罰，未來廠商如果違法添加違規成分，品項如果超過兩三項，罰金將破億元。

食用油廠稽查方面，食品藥物管理署署長許銘能指出，截至中午為止登記有案的163家廠商及另三家規模較大的廠家都已接受稽查及檢驗。標示不實的油品仍維持七件，與昨天相同，並未有新增個案。由於油品檢驗需要時間，結果最快下周公布。
