韓亞空難輾壓女學生致死　美消防員獲不起訴

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】美國加州聖馬特奧郡檢察官昨（18日）宣佈，在今年7月6日韓亞空難救援時駕車輾壓中國女學生致死的消防員不予起訴。

聖馬特奧檢察官史蒂夫稱，經過偵查與相關證據評估後，他認為沒有任何人需要對這場救援行動負擔刑事責任。不幸罹難的16歲女學生葉夢圓雖確定死於交通意外，但消防員並未違反美國刑法，也沒有刑事責任。

7月6日韓亞航空214航班波音777客機在舊金山機場降落時發生意外，尾部斷裂失火，造成3死、181人受傷。死者之一的葉夢圓當時被消防員放在飛機左翼側地面上，隨後被滅火的泡沫覆蓋，一輛消防車又輾過她的身體，才造成她不幸死亡。
