Lamigo桃猿19日在總冠軍賽第2戰7比6逆轉勝中信兄弟，取得2連勝的優勢，總教練洪一中說球員的表現太棒了，而王溢正也讓他度過了2局的掙扎，最後能贏得勝利，他真的很開心。

中職總冠軍賽史13次出現2勝0敗的戰況，其中有12次都順利奪得總冠軍，只有1997年味全龍例外，若從歷史經驗來看，桃猿最後勝出的機率是92%；即使如此，洪總說這是7戰4勝的比賽，要拿到第4勝才算數，所以接下來我們還是會以0勝0敗的心情去面對比賽。

王溢正此戰先發5.2局被擊出5支安打失5分、2分責失，其中2局上被兄弟一口氣攻下4分，洪總表示確實曾有過要換投的想法，很掙扎，但想想才第2局，因此先HOLD住再說。

兄弟3局上周思齊一上場就敲二壘打，一出局後，許基宏獲保送，洪總說當時曾與投手教練商量，也在掙扎要不要換投；幸好王溢正及時穩住沒失分，而打擊群也發揮火力，一直在追分，帶給桃猿最後勝利。
