今天撥800客服調手機 結果客服跟我說了間我在神腦官網查不到的門市 ( http://www.senao.com.tw/location-map.aspx ) 然後我在中華電信網站查到直營服務中心(公園服務中心) ( http://www.cht.com.tw/portal/Location_query ) 試問： 如果我是在神腦購買手機七日內有瑕疵要換貨，是否會無法更換？ (已有判定單) 因為上次朋友去直營門市有遇過這樣的回答： 「我們這邊只提供我們銷售的手機做換貨處理， 如果是在神腦的就請洽神腦。」 這幾天客服打數十通，打到我覺得再打過去 小姐都記得我剛打過，暫時不想打客服。 但是很怕白跑一趟，麻煩有經驗的版友告知，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.193.100.63
