馬英九出席耕莘醫院院慶　加油打氣聲不斷

【晏明強／台北報導】近日出席公開活動屢屢碰到抗議、嗆聲的馬英九總統，上午出席耕莘醫院45週年院慶，由於耕莘位於新北市新店區屬於深藍的大票倉，馬英九一踏入醫院，就受到眾多病患及家屬熱情歡迎，「總統加油」的聲浪不斷，讓馬心情大好滿臉笑容，一路與支持民眾打招呼、握手致意。

馬英九在致詞時表示，台灣的醫療基礎建設水準排名高居全球第六，尤其是全民健保涵蓋率高達99.5％，遠高於美國的80％，也受到高度的肯定，自從今年一月二代健保增加補充保費後，全民健保的財務已經上軌道，有了一些盈餘，「未來五年內健保不會有問題，請大家放心」。

馬英九強調，政府未來將全力推動老人長期照護制度，因為台灣即將成為超高齡社會，屆時老人照顧將變成政府最重要的工作之一。
