國立宜蘭特殊教育學校為鼓勵學生落實三好運動，在羅東東區扶輪社協助下，校方明天帶領學生，前往頭城鎮北關農場校外教學，讓學生在歡樂情況下學習，同時體驗大自然生態教育。

校長曾坤祥表示，校方三年前開始推行「做好事、說好話、存好心」的三好運動，學生只要行三好的表現，就能獲得一點，每年度結算點數，作為參與校外教學資格的依據。
