雲端洩艷照　女投案稱「夜店買的」

【林金聖╱台北報導】新北市一名櫃姐的三星S3手機日前遭人偷走，對方竟持手機自拍逾50張煽情照，內容遭備份寄到她信箱，櫃姐向《蘋果》控訴揭惡狀，消息見報後，涉嫌偷手機的年輕女子，昨由男友拿著《蘋果日報》攔警車投案，問著：「這人是我女友，該怎麼處理？」女子到案辯稱花錢在夜店購買否認行竊，但訊後仍依竊盜罪嫌送辦。
