制衡大陸 日將強化菲海上警備

（中央社台北10日電）共同社今天報導，日本首相安倍晉三昨天傍晚在汶萊與菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世會談，確認將強化菲律賓海上警備能力，提升菲國海岸警衛隊能力。

對於安倍7月訪問菲律賓時提出的提供10艘巡邏船一事，安倍表示正在辦理。

菲律賓和中國大陸為南海部分海域主權僵持不下，日方希望透過加強菲國警衛隊能力，制衡大陸海洋擴張。

安倍在會談上強調，「日方關切任何強行改變現狀動向，並認為爭端應該和平解決」。日菲雙方也確認將促進經濟和金融合作。

此前，安倍還與泰國總理盈拉短暫交流，並表示將為泰國規劃的高速鐵路提供協助。1021010
