【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國債務上限問題出現轉機，共和黨籍的美國眾議院議長貝納（John Boehner）表示，願意暫時提高債務上限，以換取與總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）在預算與赤字議題上的協商空間。

財政僵局出現緩解跡象，激勵美股3大指數早盤全面走揚，道瓊工業指數大漲近250點，重新站上15000點大關，納斯達克指數大漲逾2%，S&P 500指數大漲1.7%，創1月以來最大漲幅。歐洲主要股市全面收紅，法國股市大漲逾2%。

台北時間今天凌晨4點35分，歐巴馬將與貝納等眾議院共和黨領袖會晤，台北時間今晚23點15分，歐巴馬將與參議院共和黨員談判。

若美國兩黨領袖達成共識，眾議院將在本周末繼續集會，完成最終提案，第1次表決料將在下周一舉行。
