假檢察官詐騙　約警局前交易遭逮

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名邱姓男子，本周2上午10時接到自稱檢察官來電，表示邱男涉及洗錢案遭到通緝，要求他領出85萬存款交給檢方保管，邱男信以為真，當日下午4時交款給1名檢察官；事後邱男發現對方的公文是傳真來的，驚覺有異報警處理。
 
昨天下午2時，嫌犯故技重施向邱男索款50萬，並約邱男在警局對面巷子碰面。警方藉機埋伏逮人，逮到2名未成年謝姓與章姓車手，2人坦承犯案後依詐欺罪移送少年法庭，警方持續追查幕後詐騙集團。
