【短片】創舉　澎湖8高手風箏衝浪渡黑水溝

【許逸民／澎湖報導】今早11時30分，8名國內風箏衝浪高手腳踏浪板、雙手操控中型風箏御風而行，以風箏衝浪方式從澎湖湖西鄉果葉沙灘出發，打算挑戰橫 渡黑水溝，並以3小時時間直達26浬（約48公里）外的嘉義外傘頂洲，寫下國內首度風箏衝浪橫渡黑水溝的創舉。17名來自台南市風箏衝浪協會的玩家，今早 也到場隨行壯聲勢，直到查坡嶼外才折回。

發起這項橫渡活動的澎科大助理教授侯建章（52歲）說，如果無法克服黑水溝的三角湧浪，會以安全第一為考量，由隨行船隻接回。
