憂FAIRFAX無力籌資　黑莓擬分拆出售

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】不僅投資人對黑莓（BlackBerry）與其最大股東FAIRFAX金融控股的購併交易存疑，黑莓也憂心，FAIRFAX恐無法籌得足夠收購資金，傳目前已明顯傾向於分拆公司資產出售。

據彭博引述消息人士報導，包括美國電信設備大廠思科（CISCO）、德國軟體大廠思愛普（SAP）與三星電子（SAMSUNG），上周都曾與黑莓接觸，但這些公司只對黑莓部分業務感興趣，無意整體收購；若黑莓決定分拆出售，將有機會拍賣其最有價值的資產，買家也無需憂心要一併收購黑莓的虧損業務。
