阿里巴巴放棄在香港上市

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】阿里巴巴執行長陸兆禧終於對外坦承，公司已決定不在香港上市。這是阿里巴巴管理團隊首次就IPO（Initial Public Offering，首次公開發行）一事公開表態。

阿里巴巴上市地點的問題，一直受到各方關注。阿里巴巴計劃以「合夥人制度」的架構在香港上市，但據傳未獲香港交易所（港交所）接受。

阿里巴巴發言人出面澄清，強調阿里巴巴沒有遞交過正式申請，沒有要求雙重股權結構，也沒有挑戰香港市場奉行的標準。

陸兆禧表示，香港市場仍需時間來研究阿里巴巴提出的治理架構，因此決定不在香港上市，不過目前公司尚未就上市地點做出決定。
