【短片】變造中獎刮刮樂　翁騙彩券行4萬元

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭市1家台灣彩券行，昨天下午被1名60多歲老翁持一張變造中獎5萬元的刮刮樂彩券，騙走4萬元（扣除1萬元中獎稅金），鄧姓女店員發現後連忙追出，還是晚了一步，警方獲報後，已根據鄧女提供線索及監視器所錄下騙翁影像，全面查緝。
 
警方指出，該名騙翁先在彩券行以現金購買多張刮刮樂彩券，並現場刮券對獎，取得女店員信任後，再取出變造中獎刮刮樂，詐騙一時不察的女店員；警方懷疑該名老翁身上仍有多張變造中獎的刮刮樂彩券，呼籲彩券業者要仔細確認真偽，以免上當受騙。
