過期半月乳酪絲　家樂福還在賣

【方翊倩／綜合報導】民眾投訴，家樂福新北市新店店販售過期半個月的「乳酪絲」，直呼誇張。

《蘋果》報導，新北市房先生指出，9月中他前往家樂福新店，發現有乳酪絲已過期大半個月還在架上陳列，「明顯管理出問題。」記者9月17日實際走訪，確實在架上發現2包早在8月31日就過期的乳酪絲，當場向工作人員反映，將商品下架。

對此，家樂福公關回應，會全盤檢查所有商品。新北市衛生局食品藥物管理科表示，公開陳列過期商品已違反《食品衛生管理法》，稽查屬實最高可開罰300萬元。

標示8月31日（紅框處）就過期的乳酪絲，9月17日仍在家樂福新店店架上販售。
