胖達人內線交易　徐洵平認罪

【賴又嘉／台北報導】北檢偵辦基因國際內線交易案，認定基因董座徐洵平等5人，在胖達人虧損消息曝光前出脫持股，規避損失6000萬元，清晨依內線交易罪諭令小Ｓ老公許雅鈞200萬、小S公公許慶祥300萬、徐洵平500萬、徐妻姜麗芬200萬、基因財務長黃筱玲20萬元交保，均限制出境。

檢調查出，今年5月胖達人由盈轉虧，6月初徐洵平夫婦得知後，與許慶祥、許雅鈞父子共謀在利空消息曝光前，事先大量拋售持股，規避虧損共約6000萬元。

許慶祥父子昨應訊時否認知悉公司虧損，辯稱見股價下跌才趕緊脫手；徐洵平夫婦原本也否認犯行，但最後被檢調人員突破心防才認罪，且願繳回3000多萬元不法所得。訊後5名被告都被檢察官諭令交保並限制出境。
