維納斯塑身衣　將向對手瑪麗蓮求償3億

【劉志原╱台北報導】藝人小Ｓ代言的維娜斯塑身衣公司指控，名模隋棠代言的瑪麗蓮塑身衣公司，盜用「推推指」商標，瑪麗蓮負責人呂志強日前遭依違反《商標法》起訴，維娜斯認為對方已造成公司2.6億元損失，今查封瑪麗蓮集團60餘台縫紉機，日前已查封瑪麗蓮集團存款及公司財產2億餘元，預計日後求償3億元以上。

維娜斯委任律師賴呈瑞說，已先繳交1億餘元擔保金給法院，凍住對方財產，日後會再提起民事訴訟向瑪麗蓮求償；維娜斯與瑪麗蓮的商戰除商標案件外，維娜斯也被控利用行銷公司，找寫手上網張貼對瑪麗蓮的負面評價，維娜斯負責人葉怡伶也被依加重誹謗罪嫌起訴。
