說自己被低估？甜瓜：不是我會做的事

尼克一哥「甜瓜」Carmelo Anthony澄清，說自己是最被低估的球星「不是我會做的事」，他也不在意是否被低估。

事情的起點是，ESPN刊出報導，記者Chris Broussard詢問甜瓜，是否因為從沒拿過冠軍，而感到被低估？報導中，甜瓜回答：「我是最被低估的球星。」但現在Melo否認這個說法。

「他們擷取對話的一部份、寫出一篇報導，我並不在意，」甜瓜說，「你們可以報導我是否被低估，我很清楚自己能做什麼，需要加強什麼。但說自己是被低估的球星？那不是我會做的事。」

那麼，如果拿到冠軍，是否能讓甜瓜的評價更上層樓？

「每個人都會得到應有的評價，」甜瓜回答，「上個球季，我們沒打進季後賽，不管我個人成績有多好，也沒有意義。我就是想贏，這是我唯一想做的事。」

無論媒體如何炒作「低估」話題，甜瓜清楚目標何在。

「我知道你們想講什麼，但我真的不知道該怎麼回答。」Melo說，「我知道我的能力到哪裡，能為尼克隊做到那些事情。我會越來越強，尼克隊也會。我們會為那一個目標奮戰。」

「要是我去想那些低估的事情，那就會失去對任務的專注。」
