男持20萬顆一粒眠　判刑2年罰2百萬

基隆市1名胡姓男子，今年元月帶了20萬顆一粒眠前往基金一路，準備將這些一粒眠交付給不明男子，運往大陸廈門地區販售，所幸早就被台北市調查處盯上，胡男當場遭調查處人員查獲。

調查處人員表示，一粒眠1顆市價約5百元，20萬顆約1億元。法官審理時，胡男雖坦承犯行，不過卻不願供出上游供應商，最後依毒品罪判胡男2年有期徒刑緩刑5年，另再依懲治走私條列併科罰金2百萬元，全案仍可上訴。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
