【高佳菁／台北報導】邁入10月，市場多項利空訊息恐掩蓋利多的機會，在外在部分，美預算案僵局未解，國債上限與量化寬鬆退場議題的干擾亦恐接踵而來，內在面臨電價調漲、政治紛擾衝擊延續，拖累人氣與量能退潮，市場觀望氣氛轉濃，皆不利於台股指數表現，建議操作上宜採保守策略，逢高可持續降低持股水位。
 
統一投顧指出，國內「9月政爭」延續、歹戲拖棚，拖累立院停擺，103年總預算案與服貿協議等重要議案短期過關機率偏低；加上今日電價正式調漲，高鐵與民生相關物品價格亦將接續漲價，其對經濟成長、企業獲利表現恐有壓抑，皆屬對盤面不利因素，需留意利空效應的發酵。
