高雄市長陳菊昨日接受高雄市議會總質詢時，以偵查不公開為由回應市議員氣爆事件第一時間是否找按摩師，表示礙難回答。當時，主持議事的國民黨籍高雄市議長許崑源高分貝訓斥陳菊「什麼態度」、「這麼搖擺」、「別這麼鴨霸」，引發爭議。對此，民進黨立委紛紛為陳菊抱屈，段宜康即在今（1）早在臉書上貼文批許崑源，「是議長流氓還是流氓議長」？

對於許崑源的態度，民進黨立委管碧玲昨日在臉書上發文嘲諷許崑源，這就是馬英九為台灣第二大都市欽點的議長，馬英九協助許崑源擊退在職的議長莊啟旺後，讓高雄民意的殿堂成為這個人遂行霸權的刑場，「情何以堪」！

管碧玲表示，自己只知道，從總統、江院長、經濟部長杜紫軍到楊秋興，和這個人（指許崑源），從不曾自他們的口中譴責過引起氣爆事件的李長榮。管碧玲批評，氣爆事件的30幾條人命，怎麼不是向李長榮討公道？變成向市政府索命？這種惡霸的姿態，令管碧玲怒火中燒。

另一位民進黨立委蔡其昌則表示，只要是民意代表，無論藍綠，都應該注意自己的質詢內容與態度，昨天的質詢影片，事實上已經引發一些高雄市民的反感與不滿。
