4年1次的世界聽障團體網球錦標賽，今年在美國田納西州查塔努加落幕，臺灣女子隊逆轉擊敗地主美國隊，獲得本屆女子團體冠軍，為我國抱回史上第2座冠軍，成員之一17歲的林家文，是府城子弟兵，賴清德市長10/1下午接見，鼓勵她繼續為國爭光，並接受她的獻獎。

體育處表示，林家文選手是臺南一中進修部的學生，她自幼聽力受損，但是在網球場上找到她自己的最愛，參加國內外網球比賽屢獲佳績(2012韓國聽障亞運會單打銀牌雙打銀牌、102年全國聽障網球錦標賽暨2013年聽障奧林匹克運動會網球代表隊選拔賽女子組單打亞軍、102年全國運動會女子團體組銅牌、103年世界聽障團體網球錦標賽團體組)，成績表現非常亮眼，是目前國內表現最佳的聽障網球選手。

體育處進一步表示，林家文選手目前年僅17歲，未來有無限的發展前景，指導教練劉泰瑋今年獲頒本市103年表揚體育有功人員傑出教練，可說是優秀的教練、選手雙搭檔。
