國是會議 馬總統：原以為可以進行

馬英九總統聖露西亞時間十六日上午與媒體記者早餐會，再次重申對舉行國是會議的態度指出，原以為已可進行，「蔡女士突然宣布要我先宣布必須停建核四」，如能回到當初大家理解，不設任何議題做為前提，以此態度來討論各方關心的問題，這樣的國是會議才有意議。

馬總統表示，如果每個會議都設前提，「討論起來會非常辛苦」，也不是民眾所希望方向，「只要不設議題作為前題，歡迎跟在野朋友們，就大家關心問題來進行國題會議」。
