 【王智勇／台南報導】台南軍監日新山莊最後一批及第八批軍監移送於上午10時12分移往台南看守所後，一上午軍事囚犯移送監獄的作業全部結束。

日新山莊的政戰處長謝明伸在任務結束後，第一時間走出日新山莊的大門口，想發飲料給媒體記者，媒體記者則想問他有關今日移送作業的各項細節，但鄭明伸猶如播放帶一帶不斷地重申「今天的任務結束了」，儘管媒體記者窮追猛打，他還是故作鎮定發礦泉水給媒體記者，猶如嘴巴跳針不斷重覆相同的話。
