郭力恆恐假釋　「拉法葉」百億賄款成謎

【綜合報導】《軍審法》修正案昨施行首日，台南軍監展開史上最大規模移監行動。其中因獵雷艦軍購弊案被判處無期徒刑的前海軍上校郭力恆，因為已經服刑將近20年，已經符合假釋要件，可能可以迅速出獄。

《時報周刊》報導，有位法務部官員透露，雖然郭力恆因弊案被判處無期徒刑，不過他已經服刑將近20年，期中曾2次聲請假釋，遭軍方以「涉及拉法葉購艦弊案」為由駁回。不過拉法葉弊案審理已經將近尾聲，已經沒有必要再押他了。郭力恆也清楚軍審法修正後，他核准假釋的機會大增，所以高院針對拉法葉弊案判他15年部分，郭力恆考慮不上訴，直接由法務部定執行刑後，再度聲請假釋。這也讓拉法葉弊案中的160億賄款去向，恐怕就此成謎。
