楊念祖下台　趙少康：馬政策破功

【綜合報導】前國防部長楊念祖，因為著作《決戰時刻》涉嫌剽竊，只做了6天就請辭下台。趙少康表示，這將重創馬英九總統。

廣播電視主持人趙少康在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《又回到軍人國防部長的老路》一文中指出，楊念祖下台12小時，參謀總長嚴明就被任命為國防部長，這不僅讓馬總統的文人國防部長政策破功，國軍的「為德不卒」也令人失望。馬英九如果真有心想改革軍方，就應該繼續任命文人國防部長，把制度確實建立起來，而不是「六日京兆」，讓人看破手腳。
