新營醫院起火 竟沒疏散病患

台南市衛生福利部新營醫院9日進行舊焚化爐拆除作業時，廠商不慎將鋼柱壓斷瓦斯外管，導致瓦斯外洩起火，火勢兇猛，消防員趕到現場灑水控制火勢，幸好延燒50分鐘後，瓦斯氣體燃盡，火勢自行熄滅。但有病患家屬質疑，案發當時院方未第一時間撤離病患，反而是叫大家回到病房，怒批院方失責。

新營醫院9日下午約2時30分左右，因進行舊焚化爐拆除作業時，廠商不慎將瓦斯管壓斷，造成瓦斯外洩起火燃燒，消防員接獲報案後趕到現場救援，但擔心貿然撲滅火勢，會使氣體外洩，因此只灑水控制火勢，所幸燃燒50分鐘後，氣體用盡，火勢自行熄滅。

但根據《蘋果日報》報導，有家屬質疑，院方未在第一時間撤離病患，僅叫大家回到病房內，且起火地點與醫院只隔了一道牆，若真的發生事故根本來不及逃生，怒批院方是拿人命開玩笑。

但院方表示，因火勢已被消防隊控制，不會影響到病房以及病患，沒有危險才沒進行疏散。
