桃檢赴542旅 帶回人事資料

陸軍下士洪仲丘案件，桃園地檢署專案小組昨天前往542旅營區，就洪仲丘相關物品流程等進行偵辦，同時也就重利部分傳喚證人進行瞭解，專案檢察官帶回相關資料判讀，以釐清疑點。（李明朝報導）

桃園檢方就滅證等部分，進入陸軍五四二旅來進行調查，並且傳喚相關證人，檢方從大門口檢查等流程逐一瞭解，並且就洪仲丘相關物品是由誰經手追查，主任檢察官吳怡明表示這次就家屬質疑部分進行瞭解及檢方想要釐清的部分和大兵日記等證據都加以追查。

　由於部分證據，軍檢等單位先前已經加以查扣，檢方若認為案情有需要，將會進行瞭解相關證物，同時檢方這次也從五四二旅帶回相關人事資料來判讀。

　另外，有關重利等案件，檢方同樣傳喚相關證人來進行瞭解，並且帶回相關資料返回進行分析比對。
