洪大姊：菲特使將來台道歉

針對廣大興漁船遭菲律賓公務船射殺案，洪家大姊洪慈綪7日在臉書表示，洪菲律賓政府已經決定派特使，於8日下午3點到琉球鄉公所向中華民國政府與家屬道歉，她表示「不信真理喚不回」，其他細節會在之後記者會說明。

洪慈綪在臉書中表示， 5月9日小琉球漁船廣大興28號被菲律賓政府艦艇無情掃射，「是洪家最傷心的母親節，痛失至愛父親黑暗的一天。」她也感性的說，這些日子「同時發現了真情的、團結的台灣同胞，謝謝大家陪著洪家走了一段。」
