拉K傷腦毀膀胱　男子頻尿又口吃

【張博亭／台北報導】一名29歲男生吸食K他命好幾年，造成潰瘍性膀胱炎，膀胱容量只剩120C.C.，僅一般人3成左右，且每晚入廁逾20次，甚至連大腦都萎縮，苦不堪言。  

收治病例的新光醫院泌尿科主治醫師陳宏恩說，K他命的代謝物從泌尿系統排出時也會毒害膀胱，且男子除頻尿、急尿，下腹疼痛等，還有腎水腫、反應遲緩、口齒不清等問題，經多專科團隊合作治療，目前病情已漸趨穩定，膀胱容量也有增加。
