當室外氣溫達36度 雇主應讓勞工休息

台北市昨天下午創下39.3度的歷史高溫，北市勞檢處指出，若讓勞工在烈日下工作，導致工人中暑熱衰竭而死亡，將公告業者、工地名稱和地址。

北市勞動局長陳業鑫表示，當室外氣溫達36度，雇主應適時讓戶外勞工休息，提供適當飲水和遮蔭設施，否則可能挨罰3萬至6萬元。

對於台北市昨天飆高溫，引發不少勞工期待放高溫假，陳業鑫指出，高溫假不應該是放假的概念，而是勞工在戶外高溫下工作，可能危及生命，或造成身體上的傷害，就建議僱主讓勞工停止工作。若無法停工，就應提供防護措設，例如灑水降溫，或在遮陽下工作，而非制式規定要放高溫假。
