路透社：黑莓擬下市重整旗鼓，股價盤中勁揚7%

路透社引述知情人士消息指出，黑莓(BlackBerry)擬把公司下市以利於重整旗鼓，為未來打贏智慧型手機大戰增添有利籌碼。黑莓公司股價聞訊後於美股盤中大漲。

知情人士透露，省掉上市公司的監督程序，可能使黑莓更能專注於解決公司內部問題，因此讓黑梅執行長Thorsten Heins以及公司董事想法出現轉變，逐漸傾下把公司朝私有化發展。

不過，目前全案仍處於討論階段，黑莓尚未啟動相關私有化程序，也未與買家有過接觸。而即使黑莓真得將計畫付諸執行，由於黑莓仍在賠錢且客戶不斷流失，出得起價而口袋又夠深的買家將極為難找。

由於BlackBerry 10新機銷售失利，黑莓股價今年共跌掉19%，市值由2008年840億美元的高峰一路縮水，目前只剩48億美元。據彭博社報導，黑莓旗艦機種Z10售價由3月時的199美元(綁約兩年)，下砍至49.9美元

截至台北時間10日01時23分，黑梅股價勁揚7.47%，暫報9.92美元。
