消基會：用新版浮動油價公式　油愈調愈貴

【王玉樹／台北報導】新版浮動油價公式實施在即，消基會今質疑新版公式讓油價愈調愈貴，要求中油必須把實際購油成本對外講清楚，而不是拿一個不相干的國際原油指標來調價。此外，中油也應改回每月調油價1次，而不是每周調整。  

消基會並質疑，公式修改是中油的事，為何是由經濟部委託台綜院、台經院來研究，花的是誰的錢？花了錢，卻無法解決長久存在的問題，也只是讓人民空歡喜一場。
