洪案延燒 李翔宙7月中早就曾請辭

國防部今天下午開記者會表示，陸軍司令李翔宙呈請國防部辦理退伍，國防部長嚴明已予慰留。

國防部軍事發言人羅紹和表示，7月16日李翔宙因為洪仲丘案第一次提出請辭，當時前國防部長高華柱予以慰留，高並明確說政治責任將由他自行承擔，希望李翔宙繼續做好陸軍建軍備戰工作，力求陸軍人事穩定，以及希望他繼續協助處理洪仲丘案後續事宜。
