擋《軍審法》修法？　陳鎮湘喊冤

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】白衫軍上街頭，凱道飄起「八月雪」，《軍事審判法》修法卻卡在立院。外界將矛頭指向國民黨立委陳鎮湘阻擋，陳今出面強調：「完全是誤解」，洪案發生非常不幸，要解決這個問題，應該整體來看，不論哪一個黨都不能忽略國防，不希望未來國防沒有戰力。

陳鎮湘說，現在大家好像一分為二，修法只有贊同與不贊同，他不是不贊同，沒有人同意凌虐，但該如何界定訓練與凌虐？他說，「訓練與禁閉室管理應該區分，否則以後不用訓練嘛！」陳認為，外界不能隨便扣帽子，國會殿堂應理性面對，希望修法長治久安、符合部隊戰力，而不是有問題後過幾天再來修，國軍禁不起這樣。
