貨車司機酒駕　輔大生遭撞不治

【林志青／台北報導】1名就讀輔仁大學的楊姓男大生（19歲）昨天下午1時許，騎機車行經台北市市民大道7段、向陽路時，與當時正要左轉向陽路的小貨車發生擦撞，楊男被緊急送往內湖三軍總醫院急救，由於傷勢嚴重，今天宣告不治。

警方對駕駛小貨車的高姓男子（48歲）酒測，發現他酒測值達0.47，高男聲稱，當天中午與友人相聚，喝了1杯保力達，不知為何發生車禍，警訊後依業務過失致死罪嫌移送法辦。

未成年請勿飲酒
