標題[問題] 該不該主動提薪資

小弟34歲,一直以來都是從事自由業 主要都是接案工作居多, 這三年來因為人情的關係, 一直有在幫一個非營利的團體在做義工, 最近這個團體在大陸成立分院了, 也讓我掛了副秘書長一職, 我主要負責影像相關的所有雜事, 例如拍畫、編排畫冊等等...,一個月大概10天左右 有時候要去大陸幾天辦畫展, 之前因為大家都沒拿薪水,又是非營利機構, 所以做了快三年義工都覺得無妨, 但最近因為陸方提供不少的經費, 一年大約幾百萬人民幣, 團體掛名的人大約30人, 主要在做事情的只有5個人, 我應該要爭取多少月薪才算合理？ 我本來是想說一個月一萬人民幣, 但最近覺得說不定有兩萬台幣就偷笑了, 大家覺得應該拿多少月薪才會願意留下來幫忙？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.73.52.18
