請問大家都是怎麼決定就買這間房的?

看屋將近1年 總數約100間了
愈看愈知道自己想要怎樣的房
但是始終沒有看到非常喜歡的
而這100間裡面大概才5間我覺得還可以
這還可以的房卻需要我全部積蓄和往後多年還款.
可最近聽到有人看房看了6年,我無論如何不想看那麼久啊~~~

想請教大家首購時都是怎麼決定就買這間了?
我現在設定5個條件,真的會出現5個條件都滿足的那間房嗎?
那是找了多久才有這樣的房出現呢?
還是忽略日後可能發生的問題,先求有再求好?

大家有請風水老師看或問神明嗎?
不同風水老師說得不一樣那該怎麼辦?
有的說這個方位大好,而同一個方位竟也有說大凶的.
或者風水老師和神明說得不一樣那該怎麼辦?
風水老師說這間會破財,可神明卻給了三個聖筊.
凡事都有期限,我一猶豫就被買走了...

可以問一下大家的情況嗎? 謝謝
