2013卑詩最值得投資城鎮 素里四連冠

【大紀元2013年08月04日訊】 房地產投資網絡公司（REIN）日前發布其2013年卑詩省最值得投資城鎮的報告，素里在這一報告上連續第四年排名榜首。
　　
楓樹嶺和匹特草原（Pitt Meadows）緊隨其後，並列排名第二，楓樹嶺和匹特草原在該報告上也是連續第三年排名第二。
　　
這一報告重點考量的數據是地點、人口、收入、房地產市場趨勢、經濟、政治領袖等指標，並最終決定城鎮的排名。
　　
楓樹嶺市長Ernie Daykin對此表示自豪，並指出該報告突出了該市對於交通基礎設施的改善，使得低陸平原的投資者易於到達該市。Daykin補充說，楓樹嶺是一個適宜工業和商業投資開發的場所，市政府的工作重點就是要完成土地使用政策和開發激勵程序的工作，以確保未來的工商業發展和就業增長。
　　
REIN的卑詩省最值得投資十大城鎮根據排名依次為：
1、 素里市；2、 楓樹嶺和匹特草原；3、 聖約翰堡（Fort St. John）；4、 Dawson Creek；5、 Kamloops；6、 Abbotsford；7、 Kelowna；8、 Chilliwack；9、 Prince George；10、 蘭里市。 ◇
