林杰樑裝上葉克膜 狀況極不穩定

長庚臨床毒物科主任林杰樑今早在住處突感不適、呼吸困難，初步診斷為肺部感染所致。

下午林杰樑狀況轉趨惡化，血壓偏低，血氧濃度降低，經長庚醫療團隊評估後，於下午三點多將林杰樑轉至加護病房，裝上葉克膜。林口長庚副院長葉森洲表示，林杰樑的病情主要是肺部感染，造成肺部水腫，「嚴重的感染瞬息萬變，很多器官都會受到影響。」

葉森洲證實，今天曾用洗腎方式來幫助林杰樑快速排出肺部積水，透過洗腎可以改善肺部的積水，「但因為肺部積水顯然不是單獨事件，應為發炎所引起，發炎可能造成全身器官問題」。

葉森洲表示，林杰樑的病情狀況跟他平時洗腎應無關聯，「應該是感染的關係，詳細情況醫療團隊密切注意中。」
