假遛狗真販毒　逃不過警方法眼

【林錫淵／高雄報導】一名有毒品前科的趙姓女子（43歲），經常以遛狗為榥子，暗中進行毒品交易，前鎮分局一心路派出所接獲報案，經連日監控發現，女子住前鎮區，卻經常到鳳山中崙社區，還帶紅貴賓假裝遛狗，私底下卻和買家進行毒品交易。

一心路派出所所長黃鼎元獲報，率幹員在犯嫌經常遛狗的地方守殊待兔，果不其然，趙女又如往常帶著紅色貴賓狗佯裝遛狗，幹員們見機不可失，一擁而上控制趙女，並在其身上背包搜出一級毒品海洛因11包（毛重4.23公克）、二級毒品安非他命6包（毛重3.87公克），當場人贓俱獲。偵訊時，趙女否認販毒，但坦承吸食，供稱毒品是自己要用的，不是要賣的，全案依《毒品危害防制條例》送辦。
